11:30 am: Lunch (Leaf Service): Any One of the Two Styles Mentioned Below

South Indian Brahmin Style (without Onion & Garlic): Palpayasam, Jangiri, Curd Pachdi, Sweet Pachdi, Kosumalli-Moong dhal, Potato Roast, Beans Usili, Avial, Paruppu, Ghee, White Rice, Murungai & Brinjal Sambar, Paruppurasam, Curds, Pickles, Papad, Amavadai.

(with Onion & Garlic): Semiya Payasam, Jangiri, Poori, Mixed Vegetable Kurma, Potato Roast, Vegetable Biriyani, Curd Pachdi, Onion Pakoda, White Rice, Murungaikai & Onion Sambar or Tomato Dhal, Garlic Rasam, Curds, Pickles, Papad.

12:00 noon: Lunch: Coconut Milk Payasam, Paruppu, Ghee, Cabbage Curry, Poosani Koottu, Rice, Sambar, Rasam, Curds, Pickles, Papad (Sakkaraipongal, Vadai & Puliyodharai - if Samaradhnai is there).

4:00 pm: High-Tea: Carrot Halwa, Lemon Sevai, Coconut Sevai, Mysore Bonda, Coconut Chutney, Pudhina Chutney, Filter Coffee & Yelachi Tea.

6:00 pm: Late Evening Coffee / Tea: Filter Coffee & Yelachi Tea.

7:30 pm: Dinner (for 250 People): Semiya Payasam, Paruppupoli, Fruit Pachdi, Curd Pachdi, Kosumalli-Salt, Brinjal Oil Roast, Mixed Vegetable Koottu, Bisibelebath, Ghee, Mixture, Rice, Rasam, Curds, Pickles, Papad, Chips & Dahi Vada.
