Corporate Daily Lunch Menu

(Monday to Saturday : Minimum 50 Lunches / Day for a Contract Period of At Least 1Year)

  • Chapathies / Parathas / Poories / Pav / Dosas / Rumalies
    (Any One of These)
  • One North Indian Gravy Sabji
  • One Dry Vegetable or Kootu
  • White Rice
  • Rasam
  • Curds
  • Pickles
  • Green Salad or Papad
  • One Sweet / Fruit / Fruit Salad
  • White Rice with Sambar / One Mixed (Coloured) Rice
    with a suitable SIde Dish on Alternate Days

(One full service of the above items for an adult will provide an average of 1400 calories depending on the dishes)

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • The price quoted per Lunch remains good till the next March 31 only and is subject to revision as per Govt. Notification of respective Taxes and Levies.
  • Contract should be for a minimum period of 12 calendar months and for at least 50 Lunches per Day.
  • 30 days notice to be given in writing by both parties for termination of the contract.
  • The necessary crockeries and cutleries are to be provided by you and the cleaning of the same and the heating fuel should be arranged by you.
  • Cancellation of lunch on any day must be informed at least 24 hours before due time. Otherwise it is chargeable.
  • Billing will be done on a fortnightly basis and the payment should be made within 5 days of the billing date in favour of 'Moulis Catering & Services, Bangalore' by A/c Payee crossed cheque only.
  • Please sign the copy of this proposal with date and send the same to us for effecting supply.


Corporate Trainee Lunch Menu

(For a Minimum of 20 Lunches only per day)

  • Chapathies / Parathas / Poories
  • One North Indian Gravy Sabji
  • White Rice / One Mixed (Coloured) Rice
  • Sambar / One Side Dish for Mixed Rice
  • One Dry Vegetable
  • Rasam, Curds and Pickles / Curd Rice and Pickles
  • One Sweet / Fruit / Fruit Salad

Terms & Conditions:

  • The price quoted per Lunch remains good for the specific days of supply required only.
  • The necessary crockeries and cutleries shall be provided by us and the cleaning of the same and the heating fuel shall also arranged by us.
  • Cancellation of lunch on any day must be informed at least 24 hours before due time. Otherwise it is chargeable.
  • Billing will be done on a fortnightly basis and the payment should be made within 5 days of the billing date in favour of 'Moulis Catering & Services, Bangalore' by A/c Payee crossed cheque only.
  • The copy of this proposal should be signed with date and sent to us for effecting supply.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The tariff will be net inclusive of all applicable taxes, Transport, Service with Uniformed Stewards, Chafing Dishes, Melamin Plates, Paper Plates, Spoons, Mineral Water, Disposable Glasses, Paper Napkins etc.
  • A formal PO is to be issued at least 5 days before the due date of the event.
  • No advance required
  • Final bill on actual consumption to be settled within 5 days of our bill date.
  • All payments should be by A/c.Payee crossed cheques only favouring 'M/s. Moulis Catering, Bangalore'
  • The Tariffs quoted are the minimum chargeable per plate subject to the minimum default number ordered
  • Over and above the ordered number of plates served in each session is chargeable in full on the actual number of plates used.
  • Certain dishes (if opted for) will be prepared on the spot for which necessary enclosures are to be provided by you.
  • Necessary shamianas, side-walls, tables with covers and canopies, wash basins etc. are to be arranged by you.
    Lighting, if necessary, with 4 Halogen lamps should be arranged by you.
